For the price, Vick easily. Hurts only gets 1 0ap bucket. Cunningham isnt worth the price over vick.

Vick gets 2 abilities while Hurts does not.
Cheaper than both Hurts and Randall
Vick is clearly the correct option
After Chill, Vick will be rental to 100k-200k over QS while the others won't. Long term Vick is the better play as well as he won't impact the coin stack as much.
