I think this all depends on your scheme. If I run a power run offense then it is Fridge/Byars or Okoye/Byars. Rushing QBs are not successful in Madden 23 generally so the QB is going to be the same QB in any scheme. For me, Elway is still the best QB in Madden but for scrambling I like Cunningham.

For me, it's: 
QB: Elway
HB: Byars
FB: LTD Okoye

But I could see the argument of swapping out Elway for Brady, Cunningham, or Denard depending on scheme. I don't run with my QB almost ever, so having the fast release from Elway with a good ability combo is why I have him ranked the best for me.

Byars, in my opinion, is the clear cut number 1 HB just due to him being able to do everything really well (though I know some people don't like him)

FB is more based on scheme as well. I almost never use my FB, so I don't have Okoye, but if I did, I like his receiving ability and speed. Definitely see the argument for Perry simply because of how big he is.
