Be Careful--Dont Use Mut Companion App

I was banned from the auction house mass selling this weekend.  EA is saying I used a 3rd party selling app, which is unapproved. They took my coins, 15m, and have stopped me from going into 2026

If DrCoin can't make coins, there's no hope for the rest of us. 

But seriously, sorry to hear it.   You can appeal and try to fight it with EA but they're not likely to help quickly.

My appeal was denied as of 9hours, I have done over 100 livestreams in the last 2 years as a content creator, wrote 2 ebooks on how to make coins.--I really don't know how a company can steal your coins, ban you, without any appeals, or show any evidence.  I have never sold coins, I don't buy them....All I did was sell off 800 Sugar Rush cards last week via app, was banned on EASTER after having a great day with the family.

That's the crazy part everyone was on app trying to sell the new sugar rush cards scary stuff

This happened to me once. I got my ban successfully overturned. Here is how it went.

Just out of curiosity, is DrCoin your EA/MUT handle? 
A friend of mine had a name like MadMuTCoinz or something like that, and he was also banned after a couple days of heavy card flipping around Christmas.
I honestly wonder if something as simple as having a suggestive username is enough to get you banned these days.

Sorry that happened to you either way. It's gotta be the most discouraging feeling, but as a content creator who covers this game mode specifically it's gotta feel like a kick to the head.

I got banned aswell right before karrots turned into coins, so I have 3 mil, but cant use the AH. I apealed 3 times, and everytime they said they made the correct action. Last big thing I did was buy a josh sweat for 700k and repost for almost a mil, but it didn't even sell till I was banned so I have no idea what I did. They gave me no information on how long or why I was banned but they have good enough reason to keep me banned smh

I will firing off a letter from BeefyBalls, and will document this on My Youtube Channel.  I just don't think its right a company can come in and coin wipe, after spending all year grinding to earn this coins.

totally agree, and the fact that I've seen about 10 reports this week of false bans, just makes it worse

Something in Sugar Rush clearly triggered Bans, Im very concerned if we see more and more bans.  Its not right
