Bazooka include ple?

I’ve been messing around with gt Vick and can’t tell if bazooka and or ple is better. Hoping to see if anyone else has been trying him out.

Bazooka increases your max distance by 15 yards, I don’t think it has PLE in it. However, Bazooka is better than PLE if you’re deciding between the two.
