Everyone I just got my account unbanned and all my coins restored it was a long fight and battle with EA. If you are falsely banned don’t give up it is possible I want to thank for his guidance and support I couldn’t have done it without you man thank you so much!!!

EXTREMELY glad to hear your path was successful. It's a Christmas miracle. What was your original ban date, if you don't mind me asking? I was just denied (as expected) on my initial "appeal" to EA no-Help... so now i've gotta go locate a printer and get a letter stuffed into snailmail so I can sit. And wait. And hope. And pray... or whatever it is i'm doing with my time.
Not gonna lie, i was (slightly) motivated to fight the power... but feeling extremely frustrated with the state of the game. Hoping today's patch improved some things, but highly doubtful. This warms my crusty old, black heart. Any changes or revisions you could suggest for the form letter? I've been meaning to revise it, but life has been busy. Have a couple weeks of holiday break coming up, so I'll figure it out. Thanks for keeping hope alive, my good man. Ecstatic for you.

Wait you got banned again are serious how what why?! And original date was November 26, 2025. I owe it to you man 17 million coins back in my account. But now idek if I wanna play MUT again it’s sad.

happy for you mate, I was banned on Sunday,, after playing some H2H, dont know why, they said i was cheating, first time it has happened to me in years of playing MUT. On my EA account it said i had a warning,, but they sent me an email saying im permanently banned. 20 million coins and 93 team just gone, I was looking forward to playing over the xmas holidays. I have appealed but not holding my hopes up i will be able to get back on until afterthe new year if at all.

Just got banned, uhhh last week. Had a post somewhere crying about it. I have so many mixed emotions about MUT and Madden in general right now. Squads sessions with the boyz is the primary thing keeping me here.
Well that and the simple fact that EA is preying upon me as a hopeless, helpless MUT junkie. Oof. They've got their claws sunk in fierce. And it's not even a good game. 😡

Man, I got an Auction House Ban 12-3-2025 and have been going back and forth with eA HelpLESS automated since and am at wits end! They wiped my 9.5 million coins saying I Broke their TOS I'm guessing their junk algorithm thinks I was selling coins. (I WAS NOT) I have been playing MUT since its inception and know how to buy low and sell high I'm guessing flipping Epic Strats triggered something. Any help or advice would be appreciated from one MUT Junkie to another.

As you've already discovered, EA no-Help is absolutely useless. We're both going to need to print some letters and mail off to EA Legal and hope they see the error in their ways.
We basically sign away all of our rights by accepting the Terms of Service, there's no way around it, you cannot log into the game unless we agree to play by their bullshit rules. They set these min/max prices, then ban us for selling within their limits. Grr. 😡
If you find my ban post from a week ago, it has a link to the letter you can fill out. I tried to make it as easy as possible for anyone to just punch in your account and personal info and fire that off. Please don't let me forget if you can't find that thread.

I’m sorry brother it’s such a terrible thing they do to people and assuming all you were doing was flipping cards? I have recently gotten into online franchises and I can admit I wish I found it sooner the most fun I’ve had in madden in a long time.

Glad you were unbanned. I was banned on December 8th for breaking ea security policy. It was weird that it said pc violation, and I only play xbox. Wiped out 25 million coins. I appealed, and ea said the appeal is pending. No idea why I would've been banned, I am sure I didn't break policy, unless spending too much money on the game and selling cards on the auction house is wrong.

Bingo. We're guilty of almost the exact same thing. I spent $100 on Blitz, which I felt was fairly low, bought the very first Deion to hit the PS5 market for 4.5M, used him for two days and sold. Bought him one more time heading into the weekend, then again sold as I didn't know exactly when the "good" Blitz offers were going to land and tank the prices.
Rarely have I experienced a company that truly despises their player base as much as Madden and CFB. Wish I had the balls to simply walk away, but what other NFL games are we going to play, Tecmo Bowl?

I'm seriously considering quitting this shit also. Don't spend much money thankfully. Only premium FP. But so sick and tired of all the BS. Sick and tired of a select small group who are catered to with the so called "glitches" and making millions and millions for free while I see so many other people who have lives and they are spending hundreds to thousands on this game. It's completely unfair and don't know if I can support such a crooked company anymore
