I’ve always been a loyal Madden player and an optimist when it comes to EA, understanding that not everyone will always be happy. But this ban has really opened my eyes to the frustration others have shared.
I haven’t done anything shady or outside of the rules—just bought and sold players I like to build the best roster possible. I enjoy roster-building and tinkering with my team. That’s the heart of Ultimate Team for me.

Sucks that it takes such an unfortunate scenario where your entire Madden world has to be basically turned upside down before we're able to understand (and empathize) with what has been happening to SO many of us for years and years. I've been banned (also wrongly) numerous times, EA's bot banning system (which is intended to prevent coin sellers) has been ridiculously over-aggressive for years. None of the coin sellers care, their accounts are temporary and of no actual value to them, only worth the coins that can be extracted. Sadly, it's you and i and countless other regular guys, most of which have ponied up hundreds upon hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to EA. It's a thankless existence being a die-hard MUT fanatic.
So sorry this has happened to you, but yer not alone and this will continue to impact us. My advice to you would be to take a couple/few months off, try to rest, relax and maybe even reset. Hopefully you were able to finish both of your Rookie Premier sets prior to losing access to the auction house (i assume that's what you mean by "banned"). Did EA actually strip all of your coins?
Unfortunately, we're all forced to sign the bullshit Terms of Service before entering the game, which ensures we've signed our rights away and have no real recourse. You can send a certified letter to EA Legal and hope they respond and grant you a "one-time exception" to overturn that wrongful ban, but by the time anything happens with that, it'll be months into M26 cycle.
If you pre-ordered, CANCEL that immediately. This is the one opportunity we have to vote with our wallets. EA is potentially in jeopardy of not having their exclusive agreement with the NFL renewed, which is the only reason they're able to continue getting away with this type of behavior. They know they hold all the power and control, which is worth hundreds of millions of dollars to them.

It feels like it was just eight months ago that when someone posted a message like this, the immediate response from much of the community would be, 'You did something wrong, you deserve it; learn your lesson, and come back when the next Madden releases.'
The recent bot bans have been for non-abusive behaviors that were timed in an unfortunate way, and public sentiment has swayed the other way: The assumption is that the one sanctioned was probably innocent.
