lol ya, every game seems like a hell game. You can consistently throw into triple coverage and it doesn't get picked off, 40 yard stemmed up hitched on 4th and 30 get caught as long as it's 1v1 coverage. I get it, it happens IRL, but it's annoying as hell in a video game because it's not good football and you can't actually win games like the outside of virtual arcadey football. One year I wish they would make defense good, but they never will

Have you ever tried clicking on to the nearest defender to grab the ball manually? It really does help, ive yet to give up an onside this year when I user it.

Yeah it does.

The only ones who think it doesn't are bad players who rely on "catch-up" mechanics that are common in sports games. Go watch the YouTube documentary about NBA JAM the arcade game to see just how real it is.

It was proven in court that it doesn’t exist in online gameplay. No argument.

I’m not defending ea. I’m just someone who believes in facts not emotions. How come no one can actually prove DDA is in the game? It’s all hear say.

Because there is nothing to prove in a court of law.

Anyone that routinely beats up on their opponents knows it's real.

I had a game recently where its 21 - 0. The guy does nothing the whole game, he started playing like he gave up. He just throws the ball up all 4th quarter, all the sudden the passes start connecting, when the game was over it was 21-24-- from one quarters output. It's real.

Again, your one of those guys who plays the entire game because you're used to losing and ends up winning by 3. That's why you don't want to accept it's real.

Terminology: Nothing was proven in a court of law. One case was dismissed on a motion by EA's lawyers where the plantiffs' lawyers didn't contest the action, and another was dropped by the plantiffs. The plaintiffs' experts lacked the ability to parse the available code to identify positively the offending code, and they were forced to rely on EA's engineering team's explanation of how Madden works.

The whole concept of EA's engineering team proving to laymen that the game didn't implement DDA is farcical. If EA's engineering team knew what made Madden work, wouldn't there be fewer bugs? EA's engineering team has no idea what is in the game. Now individual engineers? I'm positive there are one or two who have remained silent about what elements in MUT's code provide a 'balancing' of potential outcomes according to specific parameters that are not disclosed.

The evidence suggesting the influence of DDA persists, regardless of whether or not EA is technically implementing their patented system, or whether there is an alternative code that isn't "DDA", but incorporates all of the practically relevant aspects of the DDA model.

Emphasis on "The whole concept of EA's engineering team proving to laymen that the game didn't implement DDA is farcical."

Game Time gets released, and when I try to filter by "Game Time" on PS5, I get Gauntlet items to choose from.

Don't try to argue that EA even knows whether or not DDA is in use in the game. They don't have any idea what the heck their code does.

Yea I’m sorry but I don’t believe in something that has never been proven. It’s like Bigfoot for example, 1000’s of people have said they’ve seen him but no one can come up with any proof whatsoever. Bigfoot isn’t the greatest example but I hope you understand where I’m coming from.
