I got banned from the Auction house yesterday even though I did nothing. A couple days ago I put danniele hunter and a ben Coates up for like 400k and someone actually bought them cause there was no other offers. Got the ban, tried to appeal it but they said no. First AH ban, how long do these usually last?

There is no way players should be defending this kind of stuff from EA. You should be able to sell and buy whatever you want, you should be able to do anything with your coins that your choose. I THOUGHT THIS WAS MERICA

totally agree, I've done things like this in the past, but didn't want to risk a ban so stopped, got banned anyways. Do you have any idea how long this will last?

EA has COMPLETE control over the Min/Max price range for every card. If they don't want you selling Hunter and Coates up for 400k then they could easily tighten Max values with minimal coding (i.e. 24 hour trailing Q2 price x 133% max range). Instead of doing this, they issue bans...for selling a card within the range that they set. It's actually comical and sad at the same time.

you can send them a letter requesting arbitration and they'll probs reverse your ban. Probs looking at 3 weeks start to finish. If you're gonna go that route then maybe save your coins. Otherwise, rip packs ig.

There was a message in here about two weeks ago that pointed to a Reddit article about this (below). Guy was successful, but timeline was like...
- Must notify EA and "work" with them for 30 days BEFORE filing for arbitration (they will ignore you)
- Arbitrator took another 30 days to open a case
- 30 days after that, EA's lawyers asked for two more weeks because they "didn't have adequate time to review his claim" (he gave them 7 days)
So, whole process was roughly 100 days start to finish. If it were me, I'd 100% start the process. Have ChatGPT help with drafting the letter if you want to be lazy about it. Like $10 max to send two certified letters (to EA and Arbitrator). Potential cash payout to you, plus a $500 charge to EA if they are found to be in the wrong.

I did it last year. Send via UPS because USPS sucks nuts. It took literally 3 weeks. I didn't interact with any arbitrator. EA doesn't want to spend money on that, so they just gave me my shit back.
