Well I think there could be somewhat of a case in regards to Madden if people were able to prove that the stats are not what they say they are because they are advertising in this particular game packs based on showing you how good the current player(s) are and if that’s not the case then that would fall on the grounds of false advertising I believe.
When you look at the past maddens and current and see how they’re constantly needing to have updates to fix the game and yet never had an issue with the thousands of cards in the game with stats on these players makes you wonder how is that possible?
