It may feel like that but that isn't reality.  We are exactly where we were last year.  OVR's didn't go to 95 for non-LTD until Superbowl Past which is how it will be when that promo drops this year.  I think because, for the most part, Madden this year has been lackluster, it feels like it's dragging on forever.

We are at the halfway point of the release cycle.  Top Overalls went up +11 the first half from 84 to 95.  If you worked in Product Management at EA, how would you manage the rollout to all 99s over the next 5+ months?  

Would you rather have your customers complaining about overalls not changing in late January or missing your revenue targets for the Quarter 3 months of June/July?  Would you inflate overalls to 100-105 late in the year?  

Or would you start the year off with 79 overalls being the top cards at launch, so you could add +1 to top overalls every 3 weeks?

First 95's last year were Super Bowl champs, so we are right on schedule. Overalls are meaningless in this game - it's all about abilities.
