Good day
You first have to understand that EA is a business and by acquiring the NFL they want to stretch their profits as much as they can.
I’m seeing a lot of people with over a million coins right now and some even at 5 million already which means your set for pretty much the entire rest of 2025. Those promos later on as they are fun, but could become not really as profitable as it is right now most people are trying to get their teams off the ground, and this is the best way to get your coins. At this moment this offer could be very beneficial. Is all I’m saying.

As far as spending on this game, I'd say if it's a hobby you spend a lot of time on it, its worth investing a bit into. No different than hobbies that have a cost associated. (in my opinion). Don't go wild but little here and there?
Thats all perfect. It's the kids and even vulnerable adults that are spending money they dont have, I worry about.
These companies are using professionals to come up with the best psychological methods etc. To get people to spend more money.
I like MUT but it should have an 18 rating and be regulated. Which sounds crazy.. but 🤷♂️
One of the few times that I feel you truly got 'value' from buying packs. I ripped them and sold the players. Bought them back later, as well as all Browns players and investments for Team Builders (20+ 80s; numerous 82s), and built a solid Browns TT. After everything was said and done, I came out ahead over 300k coins plus Barkley, Parsons, Surtain etc with tons of investments that already look super profitable. 80s were under 19k and nearly 30k now; 82s were around 43-45k, now 60+.
I'm happy with the purchase.
cant wait until all the NMS players leave en masse and the people who drop $5000 on the game have to face people that spent $6000
I bought a few of the offers.

Spoken like a true broke boy 😂
As long as people buy shit like this we will keep getting a game geared towards extracting cash and not skill.
I've never understood the fascination of some peopl worrying about what someone else does with there money, like honestly how does it affect you personally. Without people spending money there wouldn't be so many of the cards available. Not just kids play this game, there are quite a few adults, like myself, who play this game. I love football and actually madden as well and have fun playing. I see people spend money, imo, on some stupid ass shit, but i dont question them cause it's there choice and it doesn't bother me, it's what they want to do with there money. Too many people worry about what other people do. I spend on this game, so what, I can afford it. I'm just an average player, win some lose some but have fun doing it...Respectfully
I have 0 problem with spending money in this game, I've spent my share. BUT... when I go NMS it's a lot less stress and aggravation when the BS happens

Too many pocket watchers. Preach!

On the flip side the argument is that if people continue to participate in purchasing things like this it will drive EA to ONLY offer stuff like this and further push out the ability to build and compete with a team as someone who either doesn't spend or spends very little. While I agree there is a little pocket watching going on I think it's also fair to criticize this model for the long term health of the game.
