Anyone have luck with certified mail from EA?

They got my binding arbitration letter through certified mail January 22nd and still haven't heard anything. I know others have tried this method for auction house unban, curious if there's any hope.

February 20th, still no word and they received the certified mail January 22nd. Got the game November 24th, 1st ban ever and been playing mut since '16

Seems all they care about are streamers, it's annoying as hell hearing the gmm kid shout-out streamers that typed early bird yet I'm still waiting to hear anything on a binding arbitration situation. 

Change my name to zirksee or ijoebruin n promote coin distribution n I'm convinced this DOES NOT happen.

I haven't bothered to send my own letter, because quite frankly, i'm struggling to give any fucks about EA at this point.  I definitely have heard of folks successfully using the form letter (within the past 30-60 days) to have their bans successfully overturned, which is typically a one time exception, only (per game year).

However, i have also experienced exactly what you are stating, that EA Legal essentially ignored the letters i sent.  Did you send it to the California address?  It's only been a ~week (counting business days only) and they had a big event at the Superbowl, so maybe they've just been, uhh, busy.  Or more they do not give one flying fuck, because we're all forced to sign away our rights (clicking "YES" to bullshit terms of service) to even enter Madden 26.  Be patient, hopefully it's coming.  You'll notice you have auction house access restored to your account and the Madden Companion app, followed by an email informing you of the reveral 1-2 days later.  You may or may not get yer coins back, but hopefully.  Recent success stories indicate that they might compensate you for the trouble.  Please keep us posted.

Most typical response from EA is to ignore your first letter (i.e. Notice of Dispute) COMPLETELY.  For now, you basically MUST wait until March 1st (30 days) OR March 31st (60 days) to escalate to the arbitrator.  They want their customers to become frustrated and give up.
