Any specific reason the 94 Garrett Bradbury card is selling for 2+ mil?

He's not a LTD and from what I can tell, there are other centers with comp attributes, if not better than his...is this normal?

He’s the H2H event reward. So you can only get him from winning the event or by buying him. So you either have to be really good to get him or spend the coins. That’s why all the H2H event players are expensive.
