There were free Twitch pack for watching streams. One was suppose to be 92+ BND, but for some reason I just got all regular packs with lower OVR cards. 

I just logged into the game and I didn't see anything but the Twitch packs for watching.

Yup, I only got Twitch Packs w/ 2 Super Bowl Packs. No 92+.
