IDK bout u but I'm toting the fck out the rock and most games I don't even have to pass more then 10-15 times, get a good center with awareness close to 85 bcuz I seen that the lower his awareness the more the user can shoot a gap easier but with high awareness he would pass it off to the guard n move up field

Anyone finding any plays or runs that work? Any particular players you are having success with?
Either I go 40 yards untouched or tacked immediately

What formation? I have a good center and all the gaps get shot lol I find it’s more formation based, some formations will give better blocks than others

Any formations / plays you can share would be great.

Only runs I've had any success with are duo runs under the power run concept

A few people have said that so I’ll give them a look, thanks.
I run an option offensive scheme and it seems almost dependent on the opponents. My Hurts/Treyveyon Henderson duo is either picking up chunk gains or locked down. But I have more success than not running the Washington PB. I tend to alternate throughout the season with Washington, Baltimore,Run N Gun & Spread playbooks. Read options, triple option,RPO Reads etc. You guys need to remember to put your fastest player as your gadget guy. And you can sort through these packages within the formations and put your gadget player as you're running back which includes WR's.

I thought it was me just sucking, which I’m sure part of it is, but I can’t get anything going. Even the stupid challenges, when I have to run, my best bet is to run with hurts.

It's not you at all. It's the cpu being stingy early in the year. I started having a little success with holding A and Turbo [xbox] and just running up mid. Stretch fails to gain yards.
Ya it just takes more thinking and effort than previous years. Untarget backside defenders, change whoever the id the mike is over to make sure that person is actually over the defender in the middle of the defense (sometimes is a dline). Vs people who only run zone coverage motion receivers and TEs to create numbers advantages. Keep your finger off the RT/R2 until you’re in the open field.

All these blocking adjustments are getting a bit much though, run plays should all have specific blocking assignments that run the play, it’s basic o line assignments. Shouldn’t need to do all that.
Miking seems to help me pretty often ..knowing who to Mike helps the assignments of the lineman pan out so holes become easier to read nd dont pull the Right trigger till your IN open field ..pulling it early tells your lineman to disengage and move on

I'll try the IDing, I never touch the trigger, it makes them go to their second level assignments but good tip for anyone else reading this.
dont use it against me, but the DUO runs are absolutely gold in this game. some playbooks have multiple gun formations it comes out if and it is a KILLER. my braelon allen avg like 6 yards a carry now. currently using vikings playbook.
ZAN has a full youtube on it and why it works so well. basically BOTH DTs usually are double teamed, then move to the lb level as you run through. then you even get help from your slot wr (higgins!!) in blocking the safety at the top even too. crazy powerful blocking, its all about formations and plays.
