I would REALLY love to know some specifics on how EA does their match-making stuff.  I've heard a range of information, from it being simply based on current/active win-streak, the game tries to pair us up with others who are on a "7 game win streak" or whatever, but i have no hard data or evidence to confirm, nor deny this.  I want to think the various tiers matter, but i'm mostly playing Squads these days.  Even if we grind our way to Legend and have the opportunity to play with the other 2-3% of the player base who are allegedly also at this same tier, well... the games always seem roughly the same.  Due to the massive amount of random disconnects and desyncs, we're constantly getting demoted and it's all we can do to remain at Veteran tier.  On the off chance we get demoted all the way back down to Rookie, that's when the competition feels fairly week, so it's difficult for me to gauge how EA handles the match-making, or if it's completely random.

Grats on yer flawless run.  I haven't even been keeping up with my Dailies lately, finally got em done last night.  I forgot we have Fan Appreciation dailies, as well.

I've gotten to my 6th game like 7 times or so and I have played the same FREAKING AHOLE  like 4 times in the final game! He runs so much cheese. There has got to be some weird shit going on. His GT is like CD1-HumbleBeast or something...... i hate him

Haaaaaaaa, i'd been meaning to try and get through another full 6-0 run, i had two tokens saved up and spent one last week to try out the uhhh Punter, but eventually sold him for ~440k or whatever the going rate was at the time.  Still sitting on one more token, just in case there's any truly useful or valuable cards, but at the moment i'm stocking up for a couple/few more Cornucopia packs, even though they've been absolutely terrible for me (best pull thus far was a random 96 Genki, i believe).

Due to the fact that i'm barely playing offense, i'm really struggling with House Rules.  I play maybe a couple/few games in an evening and almost immediately grow tired of it.  Squads is the only game mode i have fun in anymore and even that is filled to the brim with straight up rank-fink cheese, Double Pass and HB Stretch spams, or QB Power.  HA.

You nailed it! To succeed at the highest level, you have to both be skilled AND get DDA! That is what it takes! You are not getting there without both these days.
