I can’t even describe it. I‘ve used the Ravens playbook since Madden 20 so I know it like the back of my hand. I’ve found out how to play vs certain defense or when I don’t have time to throw. Ideally I’d love to sit in and gun and air it out but at times where I know it won’t happen I get under center a run a mix of 92 Duo, Stretch, or qb bootleg to keep the defense honest. Sometimes I’ll get in pistol strong and hammer at 2-3yds until I notice they’re not containing and break off a big run back side with a read option. If they’ve invested all their AP in stopping the run then usually it’s a fair game because that means they’re sacrificing on UF or KOs in the back end.

I imagine that bootleg has a built in aspect that gives you the window to avoid the rush. I'm a huge fan of the pistol, I run it in cut for the power option. But that don't work in Madden like it does cut but at certain points, power option out of the pistol has won me some sweaty ones. I have 3 SPs on my line lol. But I pound the rock religiously.

I usually open up with the bootleg so they don’t send the house every time then I start mixing in duo/stretch and they stop containing their ends. The power option is my go to play inside the 5 lol. If I notice their defense is spread out then I audible to power to attack the inside.
