Am I Going Crazy, Or...

...does EA frequently change the Season Countdown? I could swear that we were going to begin Season 8 on Wednesday per the countdown, but now the timer says we've got less than half of a day left of Season 7. I'm left with questions about the Bo Jackson objective, seeing as I had little opportunity to play MUT this last weekend. I'm not getting 7,500 yards tonight. I'll earn Vince Wilfork tonight. Maybe get a token or two for a Bo I'll probably never use.

This isn't the first time, either. For all of the games I've ever played, MUT is the singular one where I play on its terms, and not my own. I tolerate this aspect of the game, but I don't like it. Why is it so hard for a Content Team to set a schedule in advance, and catch dumb stuff like this?

It had to be tuesday since the live draft promo is thursday night and they need 48 hours of draft pt1 promo packs in store plus draft predictors. Its been set in stone since the abilities all expired the 21st for a while now.

I thought I remembered seeing Larry Allen's Vanguard expire on the 23rd. Then again, that also would've been an unusual  date: A day late rather than a day early. It very clearly says "21st" everywhere I look.

The weekly objective is not getting to 21/21. No free 10,000 coins for me.

EA.com has Season 7 running from March 18 to April 22.

It has always been the same date....  Abilities have always said they were going away 21st... at the end of the season like all the rest.

7500 total yard w bo on the roster was one of the easiest objectives…keep replaying a challenge that requires long yards/scoring or dominate the cpu in 2-3 games

anybody checked the newly added weekly objectives that already end again tomorrow?

edit: same with the just added weekly objectives for weekly spotlight. ending in 16 hours...

Yeah. It was probably there all along, and I just assumed.

why does an expiration date on some cards mean the start of a new season?
