All-Star Athletes Superbowl Run - disconnect, glitches galore.

I've been playing through the new game mode and having tons of issues, making it nearly impossible to finish a simple four-game run.  I'll win games and they simply won't count.  Or i'll be in the midst of winning games, only to receive a random disconnect error, immediately ending my previously flawless run.  This has been happening from both consoles; PS5 Pro via hardwired ethernet, and OG Disc edition PS5 via 5GHz WiFi.  I do not believe it to be technical issues, but i guess that's what i'm here hoping to find out.

Anyone else experiencing any type of similar (or different) issues with this game mode?  I'd be curious to hear your experience... or a simple vote below.  Thanks in advance for anyone who might be able to enlighten me.

No issues on Xbox. I’d vote ”no” but this mode is nowhere near awesome… miss house rules.

Shoot I can win 2 0r 3 then have a great game and lose to a better none cheese. Then I'll get straight sweaty y sails same pass . They throw easily picked balles and my guy misses or drops

Thank you. Guess I'm gonna go catch a couple games of squads with the boyz, before I end up smashing a controller in a fit of rage disorder. 

At least I won one full 4-0 run yesterday, even got a 95 for my troubles. So many disconnects today, ending my attempt. 😡

update. Ran another game in there and connection was spotty as hell, field goals and kickoffs all penalty’s lol. I went into regular mut H2H after and had no connection issues

Probably a stupid question but I need to upgrade my RT. Am I better off going with a LT and putting him in the RT position? Or just grabbing a pure RT

Fantastic question. It's totally okay to play most players out of position, especially linemen. Although you're not actually playing them OOP, what you are doing would technically be termed: secondary position. 

Costs 500 Training to add RT to most LTs. You will notice the OVR rating change, but that is merely a visual guide, it's typically best to just ignore those. 

Rather than looking at players, or pictures, or OVR ratings, I find it's best to match up abilities to areas of the field and then just put your best cards there. Hope that makes sense. Got a little more than you bargained for, but hopefully your question got answered. 

End-game O-line stack = Secure Protector + All Day. And Secure Pro is simply Run Protector + Pass Protector, so you can often build your own for cheaper AP cost.

I finally won a second full run. Got an 89. Take the 40k coins. 🤑

Thought I got disconnected again during my SB, turns out it was just dude rage quitting. Whew.

So I’ve been playing this game for now I guess 8 weeks (never played football games). Currently in H2H ranked I’m at elite 3. If I pass elite and somehow get all the way to champion can I stop there and still receive the van noy card or does rank drop if you don’t continue playing H2H

Another great question, keep em coming. Happy to try and help. You can safely hold tight at Champion. Ranked play is all about volume. Keep winning at least 1 out of every 4 games and you should advance. Play as many games as you can, until you hit the desired tier for whatever card you're chasing. 

Only the Top 100 changes, people are competing for that and jockeying up until the very last day, but I've never made it that far. I used same plan you have, race to Champion tier.

I started to late this month. I stopped at hero for the wr. He looks decent and will be good on a tt

I play on PS5. All of my wins seem to be awarded as such. The disconnect glitch hasn't been a thing for me with MUT 25. However, while my sample size of games played is great, my sample size of wins may not be statistically significant.
