Bought a chemistry card for 250k. Got the card, but the funds never deducted. Been 4 hours now, and theyve yet to deduct it.

Bank error in your favor?  But yes, everything about this buggy ass game is at best, inconsistent, at worst... straight up broken, as you stated.

If you could recreate that little issue, you'd become very popular in the community.  Although, at that point, EA would be forced to waste dev hours addressing any concerns that potentially impact their bottom line.  It'd be short-lived, if true.  But that's just my two cents.  I know nothing.

you'll be banned for accidental coin purchase. thats how they will fix it
