I would probably call what you are describing as scarcity but I may be wrong. Scarcity and uncertainty are a great way to make big coins on the LTD market. I like to focus on the less expensive LTDs (mostly 400k or less) for two main reasons. First they oftentimes draw less attention because margins are lower but that’s what volume is for. Second it reduces risk by capping my potential losses at under 15%.
But I’m pretty sure I missed the point too.
Hasn't sold for that much because people like you don't have the balls to post it that high. What's the worst that happens he has to repost it? I sell cards double the recent sales all the time that's how I stay NMS with enough coins to get any card I want. Next time you have a card that isn't on the auction house post it for double recent sales you'll be surprised at the results .

we can see the sales history of the cards. i wont be surprised by results because we have the data, and it doesnt happen. im happy for you that you can post core cards for 20k and that helps you stay big and strong for your solo seasons. literally not what we are talking about

If you look at recent sales you'll see there was Micah that sold for 1 million more than recent sales on Xbox. I don't play solos ranked top 100 squads had 3 million day one working the market maybe you should learn before you talk about something you obviously know nothing about. im f2p lol. and i dont know if youre just no the brightest or what. why dont you go back to that screen and tell the class what the average selling price of micah is, and then report back if its "1 million more". intellectual dunce. cant even grasp basic concepts, points me to a page that proves my point lol. going back to the original "question" you would need to show me a micah that sells for 4+ million. all you did was said hey some other guy sold his micah for cheap and then another guy sold it at market value hrrrr
Didn't even take the time to look? Parsons is selling for under 2 million consistently on Xbox somebody sold it for over 3 million coins because they posted at the right time. Now the market on pc is even worse I would not be surprised if someone gets 4 million for Micah. Is it guaranteed to sell no but you never know without trying that person lost absolutely n thing posting it that high. It's pretty clear from your post you don't understand the auction house
Supply and demand universal laws… if something is rare on the market, you can charge higher prices…
When you control the supply, you can set whatever price you want(within EA's max price).

yea so from the time of posting this the card has been selling for 50% of the price it was at, and that person was trying to sell it for almost 100% more. The math keeps mathing, and the stats keep proving this weird attitude all you people have wrong.
If he had posted it at market value, it may have sold. but he wasted days posting it at almost double the value, and now he lost his ass on it (He acquired it via auction, and we know for a fact he didnt acquire it for less than 800k since again we have the data). I genuinely hope it was one of you freaks on this thread, maybe you can learn something from it

All I did was quote basic economic principle. If more of the card entered the market, then they didn't control the supply. The only freak here is you, taking your ignorance out on other people for simple concepts you are apparently too slow to grasp. I have no stake in this matter.

the demand goes down in mut every day, necessarily. and the supply was already limited over a week ago. so yea it doesnt really explain anything. maybe you should actually learn about economics and not just accept the baseline taught to 9 year olds, most modern economists reject the idea of supply and demand as its taught. Yeah one example of a move backfiring on someone definitely disproves economic law lol, pay no attention to all the times this year were the market behaved as expected and in years past.
