my point is that anyone could post on these forums saying I have been playing for 10 years, spent tons of money, never cheated etc. when in reality they still cheated.

For sure many probably do that but are you 100% confident that EA never messes up on bans? If the user is falsely banned imagine spending possibly 100s of dollars (and a lot of hours) into the game only to be falsely banned and then get a response back from likely a bot that claims they reviewed your case and confirmed you were justly banned.
I had this happen to me last year. I never traded a single card, purchased from a 3rd party site, and suddenly got banned after flipping a ton of cards when the prices went up on cards I bought during a dip. It was so frustrating because I attached a lot data and a clip to the customer service during my appeal and quickly just received back a copy and paste reply basically telling me get lost. It was actually depressing for me to spend money and time on a game I really enjoy to then just deal with Customer service that reads from a script and then have my appeal sent (likely) to a bot that just says "no you deserve the ban, cant tell you why but you for sure earned it."
I didn't even post the ban because I knew that people would say I was lying and to just take the ban. My point is that many probably do lie about it but if people just automatically assume that they are lying and not helping try to make EA aware that their detections system might be flawed then you might be the next person to have to deal with a brutal false ban. Sorry for the life story these types of topics just bring up my PTSD over bans lol.

EA just emailed me they're reversing the sanction placed on my account. How long it takes to implement and the extent is unknown. I received 3 different emails but I'm still locked out of the app. I don't have anything to gain by lying to you or anyone else on this forum. I don't need you or anyone else's approval or support either way if you wanna get down to it. You look like a real asshole now though after what you posted.

I'm still in the process of verifying they not only reversed my ban but also refunded the 4082000 coins they removed. In the meantime I want to say thank you to everyone who chimed in to help and shared their own issues. If you need anything I can help you guys with in the future I will.

I'm on hold with EA atm. When I go to my account section on EA it still says I'm banned. I'd like to know how long it takes to reverse everything they did. I was hoping I could get on the app & see if my coins were replaced but I can't.
Update: Sanction was removed but the ban is still in place. They refunded the coins they took but since the AH is locked they're useless. None of this makes any sense.

Are you still banned? I got AH banned today but no email explaining why? I sold some high end golds for team diamonds than BOOM I don’t have access to the AH on my phone or on console

Yes. As of now the sanction which caused the ban has been lifted and all coins returned. However the ban which was put in place after & because of the sanction is still in place. They took the time to send me 3 different emails to let me know the sanction was reversed but didn't lift the ban. Geniuses at EA.

I see. I can still play solos and online h2h and my coins aren’t taken. Only thing they did was lock me out of AH on console and on the app. How long did it take you to get a response? I submitted my ticket about 5 hours ago

Took them a day to look at the support ticket and deny it the first time. Second ticket took 12 hours to again deny it and close it out. It's been 3 hours today since they lifted the sanction but the ban is still there. I'm surprised they didn't take your coins and they still might. Likewise why bother reversing my sanction and returning my coin stack if I can't use them on the AH. All BS aside they need a better way of helping customers with these issues bcs this is beyond ridiculous.
