It's not a simple or straight-forward process, but there's a full guide posted to the site somewhere, i wasn't able to find it just now when searching.  Could be great content for FAQ section.  Basically, you need to upload to a image hosting service, such as Imgur or whatever, THEN you would Insert Image by linking to the image file's location.

The quickest way to insert an image that you've found elsewhere on the web is to right click, Copy image address then paste that into the page using the INSERT IMAGE button on this forums page:
