I got a 99 Tank Dell and a 99 Sheldon Rankins from eggs.
Both players initially had issues. I could not add them into my line up, or even look at their attributes. When I clicked on them it booted me from Ultimate Team and I had to log in again. Within 24 hours, the issue was fixed.
Today I see Tank Dell is now a 92 and Rankins is now a 95. I quick sold them because I was disgusted.
I bought (4) 90+ draft players with training. None were greater than 90. I am not sure if the "+" really exists or not?
