I have the cards to make one 98 champion. I bought all the packs in the store, kept enough to make a champ and sold whatever was left over. If I make and sell Dart (the priciest card I think) I’ll have made all my coin back. Do you think I should make and sell, or save the cards for part 2 hoping that the next drop of cards still goes for around 800k day of drop? Any advice would be appreciated.

Build and sell now.
Don't expect the second round to go for 800k. For one thing, the price of the heroes will likely drop rapidly over the next week, allowing people to prebuild the second release's champions far cheaper than it cost them to buy them today.
