What’s the offense look like?

idk, but its a 96 ovr on offense. i dont feel like doing the whole remote to screenshot thing right now, the only true bucs starters on offense are jameis winston and rachaad white

Legend lockdown, epic lockdown, legend speedster, all crystals, 30 zero chill, stocking stuffers, legend recuperation in the wr tr position

You have impeccable taste, sir. Here's my Niner theme team, the primary boosts would be:

60/60 (+2 SPD)
Crystals (+1 SPD)
20/30 Playoffs (+2 SPD)
Stocking Stuffers (x2) Ji'Ayir Brown & Jauaun Jennings, i'm using both defensive boosts, but choose whatever makes sense for YOU

Then various strategy items, to ensure i've got max 99 throw power. The rest is mostly just noise. OVRs Do. Not. Matter. Don't stress over that shit, it's absolutely and completely meaningless and often misleading, especially for newer players.
