yes, pretty sure 97 is possible right now, i have a bucs theme team and 96 ovr.  not going to post it bc im sure someone has a 97

My Packers TT is 96. It was a 97 before all the ZC boosts expired.

Had a 98 OVR during ZC. 
Now I'm a 96 OVR 60 Cowboys / 30 ZC / 30 Ghost / All Crystals w/ both stocking stuffer bonuses. I think I'm about to switch it up and go after some Collector's Series chems soon, though.

K, P, and LS count towards overall as well. That's probably why.
