From what i heard, it is not just about linking the account, there had to be at least 1% tracking in the twitch claim.
Most people's issue is that tracking just stopped at 1-5%, and i dont think EA is granting everyone who has the twitch linked, but have at least some kind of progress shown on the twitch. So basically if you just watched like 5 mins, then you get all the package, which is good for most.

why are the raiders the only team that does not have two players that get 2x team chem? stuck at 54/60 rn lol on PC so no one is selling the punter

Kounce and Tre Tucker both get X2 team chem.
and yes, the punter and team affinity was sooo hard to get. Snipe bots for sure
