Dont think its near ppssible without the 3x chem mystery players released.  I struggled getting 40/20 eagles/chiefs with all sb ltds.

Once those Mystery players/cards go live that all get x3 team chems, it should definitely be viable.  However, we're already getting to that point in the year where +2 SPD is less valuable.  I was able to max out a handful of 99 SPD players on my 40/40 Niners + 20/40 Chiefs without breaking the bank.  Even have a little wiggle room left over for wildcards.
