This happened alot earlier this year/last year. Im sure one time i got three dupes in one program. Its because they cant do anything right, so alot of times people dont get their welcome packs. They don't know how to fix it so they just send it to everyone again. Lol

I must have 100 unsellable BND items, and I still have a 1,200 item limit. All of my unused TotW tokens as well. Just a bunch of junk.
