Why is the epic trade in locked??? I have enough draft coins.

The Epic Select trade will unlock on Draft Night (April 23rd).

I can't speak to why exactly it's designed like that, but I'll take a guess and conclude it's to simulate how the War Room's experience is essentially a countdown to Draft day.
