Got Banned from EA Auction House, did nothing wrong?

Hey fellow MUT players.  I was banned from auction house  madden 23 for coin distribution.  However, I did not do this.  I have pleaded my case close to 10 times and nobody at EA will believe or reverse it.  I did not buy coin or anything like that.  I just played and used the auction house selling cards.  It is very frustrating because I have spent real money alot on this game.  Any suggestions? or help?  I am about to give up on this game.

I've heard something about asking for arbitration. Maybe give that a shot.

The same thing happened to people last fall and earlier this year. Some got banned for doing the first Team Diamonds , getting Elway and selling most of it. I think the entire Madden team needs to be replaced. Why have sets with auctionable  cards if they are going to ban people for doing something legal.
