Why do i have to unplug back of xbox and replug every time i want to play?

I always get the sign into ea servers when i click on UT.Once i unplg/replug game launches.

your xbox probably has madden still launched as a "quick launch app" all you have to do is remove the app from "quick launch" or force close madden and re launch it.

press the "Xbox" center power button on your controller until the menu comes up, and go to my games and apps, go down to quick resume, press the menu/3 lines button and press "remove from quick resume"
