I’m sure you’ve run into it, but my last 3-4 games has been people spamming QB run out of trips te. Quick snap and their off for huge gain if not TD. The blocking is excellent and it’s hard to stop. Looking for recommendations for a defensive formation or play to stop it. It’s been costing me games against mediocre players that can’t pass.

mid blitz, pre adjust for safeties 5 yards off line, set edges to contain, show blitz and let madden take over

I've found midblitz (or any variant out of 2-4 DBL MUG) with a cover 2 shell is effective because it gives you a numbers advantage on the side of the QB power.
Additionally, Dime 2-3 or 1-4 with a blitzing slot CB from the TE side is very effective against the QB power.
