You will very rarely get detailed answers to an open question like this on a forum. You have to do the work yourself with trial and error (practice mode). I'd recommend you start by sifting through YouTube content. HuddleGG and Zan make great content and both explain things in detail. Follow the links below and watch the videos you feel help fill in any blind spots you have in the game.

Another one to look at is Cody Ballard. He might be exactly what you are looking for based on your question. Two issues with him is: 1) He goes through things fairly rapidly 2) His titles aren't helpful as every offense/defense/formation he covers is "#1" or "The BEST" or "The MOST", etc. If you know your playbook well, you'll be able to avoid the videos that aren't in it (he does a good job of displaying the formations covered in the thumbnails though). https://www.youtube.com/@codyballardmadden/videos
