Is edge threat worth it this year?

Or would it be better to focus on coverage abilities

If you have 1 ap and no idea where to spend it, then throw it on someone if they get it for 1 ap. otherwise It doesn't do much. Best way to get pressure is to crash and pinch your line and hope to get a disengage

So what would you recommend using for defensive abilities for best to worst
