I see a lot of people saying the 99 Donald is one of the best if not the best DT in the game. His overall drops to 92 at DT and anytime I’ve tried him there he does nothing. What am I missing? Right now Phillips is my DT1 and Golic is DT2.

The best ability stack on him is inside stuff, double or nothing, relentless, and momentum shift. Momentum shift is optional but it is an absolute gamechanger, especially with all the ring of Honors coming out
