Anyone experiencing random slowness in gameplay frames? When i throw the ball to a reciever sometimes the screen frames slow down for a second... really random during game play

Are you on PC? 

I'm on PC and have more than a capable computer and game feels really bad.

Yes, had to switch to 30fps on my 3060RTX i9 processor... crazy

Same with me even though my FPS was well above 100 FPS.
