QB Playmaker can be very valuable. It gives you the ability to instantly playmaker the closest WR to the QB and change his route in any direction with a quick cut. The problem is that it's just too expensive in terms of AP. Unless your scheme is built around playmakering a receiver on each play, QB Playmaker is not worth the cost.
