It's hard to justify spending AP on an ability that requires you to get a sack in order to get any benefit. The benefit is also something that isn't guaranteed to help, just increase the number of pass rush points a player has. That doesn't guarantee a win in a one-on-one interaction, and for that reason, we'd avoid this.
