That used to be me. I never pulled anything, then in M23 I pulled 2 LTDs in 4 TVPs, you'll pull something good eventually.

I think that the 76+ value packs are the move from epic option packs. Last night I got one and pulled 2 83s, 1 81, a 77 and a 79. Much better than a single 79.
