Who knows… the previous welcome cards were OOP. But Perry has many 99 cards, none of them in his actual position which is DT.

Most likely Manziel and Talib will be the LTDs. Both McCourty cards not. And the 200th Perry card should be the welcome pack player. That’s my guess. As of now…
