I'm in the lineup screen trying to activate his superstar and xfactor abilities. He just doesn't show up at all.

On offense my Redux William Perry isn't showing up in my superstar or xfactor abilities. It seems like a glitch. Old gen PS4

How do you get rid of the X factor glitch where you can only have 2 X factors on offense?
