If im not mistaken the players in packs are m24 players but the mission is too find 2 campus players which havent dropped yet.W hat the what?

Im at 35/50 raiders tt and while i see the internal boost my cards have gotten,no players ovr has increased.At what point are you seeing the ovr boost?In years…
