I'm not 100% sure as I don't own one but I think it reactivates after 2 plays. However, on 04/09/26 it gets nerfed somewhat.

You need 99 Sherman/ any of the 99 LTDs / or Too Tall if I'm not mistaken. I think I read WR Allen works, also.
