There seems to be a visual glitch when adding the cards. Insert the 2 ANY 96-97 OVR players first. Lastly, insert the 3 96 Division players.

The 99 Division Champs require 96 DivisionPlayers. The 96 Team Builders require any 3 94-95 OVR players.
