It says if you hit 6 it applies to all of your players. Are you saying it doesn't? I only got to 5 as I'd lose my 50/50 TT at 6 and my Smith still stuck at 98 …

Not one card of interest. With all the boosts in play we all could have 99 offenses and defenses easily with only P/K holding back the overall.
