I dunno. Even maxed at 98 speed I'm not sure. I've seen 97 speed Gurley caught from behind and I've seen 93 speed DBs stay with him on passing routes ..

I love Carter, he's actually my WR1. Plays great. Maxk Hollins.is very underrated too
