I used Dobbs for a day and went back to 92 ovr Montana. The Dobbs 94 ovr just didn't wow me enough on the field to continue to use him.

Unfortunately no. It includes the 12 x 90 Wildcard players from last week, plus 91 Clowney and 91 McKivitz. You get to choose 1 out of the 14.
