Putting  Punters and Kickers as QBs and other roster moves like that just to pause the game and sub them in, is cheating it's also pathetic.

It is a video game,  it's also a reflection of who you are as a person.

Intentionally skirting the OVR requirements to give yourself a competitive advantage  is cheating &  it's  sad and pathetic.

Some people are good enough to win with a poverty lineup.  Some people need all the top players to carry them to victory.  Each their own
